Social - Social is the basis for all other social skills and it raises your standing with NPC agents, corporations and factions.

Connections - This skill gives the pilot a bonus to friendly NPC corporation standings.

Negotiations - This skill improves agent effective quality and gives a 5% addition pay per level trained.

Fast Talk - This skill keeps your relationship with Concord strong so you can wander into low sec every now and then for some PvP and still keep your standings with Concord.
